Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Footwear
Place the unworn shoes in their original brand box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned footwear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
